The Lab
ColadaLabs is a working product lab. We don't just write about building — we ship real products.

We use tools like Claude Code and Cursor to handle the repetitive scaffolding, boilerplate, and pattern-based code. That frees us to focus on architecture, domain logic, and the decisions that actually matter.

Back-office operations app for a tennis coaching program running at Miami Beach's Flamingo Tennis Center since 2011. Replaced a 13-year-old Excel workbook managing 80+ sessions, 6 coaches, and 150 players. Handles session scheduling, coach conflict resolution, weather cancellations, invoicing, and WhatsApp notifications. Built with Next.js, Supabase, and shadcn/ui.
Bruts & Boots
Real-time dashboard for a private F1 Fantasy league with house rules — champagne debts, escalating penalties, challenge chips, sprint beer partnerships, and a shared financial pot. Syncs live race data from the F1 Fantasy API and enforces the full rulebook automatically. Built in 30 days with Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS.
